Social Work Advocacy & breaking silence
In this Social Work Trauma Wisdom: Advocacy program, I will teach you to embrace core values, recognize systemic injustice, and master how to navigate schools, communities, and care systems. We will actively cultivate communication through practical skills like writing professional emails, requesting necessary accommodations, and confidently speaking up during meetings. I will also provide necessary tools for locating resources and building support networks in a purely educational, non-clinical environment that empowers you to advocate for yourself and others.

Breaking Silence & Trauma Wisdom Learning Programs Breaking Silence
Student-focused Support
I provide one-on-one, student-centered mentorship rooted in my own academic journey and trauma-informed advocacy, helping you understand mental health challenges and navigate school or life stress. My goal is to walk alongside you as you find resources and social support to build stability, confidence, and hope. Please note that my support is strictly educational and non-clinical, serving as a mentorship rather than a replacement for professional therapy or crisis services.
Neuroscience of Trauma and Trauma Wisdom & Breaking Silence
In the Neuroscience of Trauma Wisdom program, I use simple language and clear visuals to break down how trauma reshapes the brain, nervous system, memory, sleep, and emotions. Through relatable examples, you will learn to connect these biological processes to your own life while exploring educational tools like grounding, self-awareness, and supportive habits. Please note that this is strictly a non-clinical educational course designed to foster deeper self-understanding and empower you to support others, rather than a form of medical treatment.

I am focused on establishing a network of strength and conscious living, with the eventual aim of launching a professional practice to offer clinical services.
